我們的理念
證書課程
是為在職烘培業及有興趣人仕提供持續進修機會,課程由香港烘焙專業協會會長Louisa Ho制訂,內容絕對有保證.學員修畢課程及出席率達80%將獲香港烘焙專業協會頒發證書,其資歷獲僱主和業內廣泛承認,成績優異的學員更可獲推薦到各大酒店工作.![]()
租用場地服務
本教室提供專業及設備完善的場地,與有興趣人士租用.
租用全場 - 每小時$1,000,之後每半小時收費$500,不足半小時亦作半小時計算,請於1個月前預約.
以上租場費用不包括材料費,如需安排材料,請於預約時詳細列明材料清單,如需借用工具,請在預約時通知,以便安排.預約後,請先付50%訂金,餘數於租場完畢後計算. ![]()

注意事項

報讀人於申請表上所填報的資料,其用途是處理一切有關報讀課程事宜。Information on the application form is use for applying the course.

學費須於報名後三天內繳付,逾期即取消其學位,不作另行通知。The course fee must be paid within three days of making a reservation; otherwise, the booking will be cancelled without further notice.

最後報名日期為開課前五天,惟因學額有限故請盡早報名。The closing date for enrolment is normally five days before the course commences. You are advised to enroll early, as the number of places is limited.

報讀課程一經取錄,已繳交之學費概不退還。Course fees are not refundable or transferable once the enrolment has been accepted.

於必要時創意西點教室可有權更改原定課程之導師、上課時間或內容。The Institute of Baking Arts reserves the right to alter the instructor, time and content of courses offered, if necessary.

凡有興趣者,不論學歷均可報讀本教室所舉辦之課程,學員之取錄與否由創意西點教室決定。No formal educational qualifications are required to attend courses, unless otherwise stated.? Acceptance is at the discretion of The Institute of Baking Arts.

公眾假期或遇颱風(八號風球或以上),則當日課程將順延或另作安排。“黑色暴雨訊號”除下四小時後,當日課程照常上課。Classes will not be held on public holidays, or upon the announcement of a typhoon signal No. 8, or above. On such occasions, classes will either be postponed or cancelled. All classes will resume as normal four hours after a “black rainstorm warning” has been lowered.

學員在上課期間必須遵照導師指示,嚴禁在課堂上喧嘩影響其他學員上課,違者創意西點教室有權取消其學籍,所繳交之學費概不退還。Students should follow the instruction from the tutor. In order not to disturb other students, uproar are not allowed. The Institute of Baking Arts reserves the right to cancel his student status. Course fees are not refundable.

如有任何爭議,將以創意西點教室之最終決定為準。In the event of a dispute, the decision of The Institute of Baking Arts shall be final and binding.

所有證書課程如須香港烘焙專業協會頒發證書,須另付HK$50.00行政費
